As the Manager of Community Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring a seamless and magical experience for our guests. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring all tasks and activities are completed efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and maintain the magic and imagination of Disney. Lead and manage a team of community staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of customer service. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and implement improvements and solutions to address any issues or concerns. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless integration of community operations with other areas of the business. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and standards and ensure they are consistently followed within the community. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and other members of the community. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive culture within the community, fostering a sense of belonging and unity. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve community operations and guest experience. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth functioning of the community and meet business goals. Handle any escalated guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and present reports on community operations and performance to senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and expand the community, such as new events, partnerships, or initiatives.
