Description: Sense N’ Style is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms. This role involves managing content calendars, creating engaging visuals and videos, driving community interaction, and growing our brand’s digital reach. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the fashion industry experiences and connects with our platform online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Create and manage high-quality content (images, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with campaigns or events.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant and timely.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a strong online community and building brand loyalty.
  • Analyze performance metrics and create monthly reports to evaluate success and inform improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support broader company goals and campaigns.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations when applicable.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a brand or agency.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Highly organized, creative, and up to date with digital trends and culture.
  • Bonus: Experience with social media ads, influencer marketing, or community management.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $43,103.03 - $51,909.02 per year
