ERO Resources Corporation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing team. The role involves assisting with graphics, written content, maintaining organized marketing assets, and implementing changes to existing materials. Responsibilities Implement edits and updates to existing marketing materials Populate pre-built templates using provided content Maintain consistency with brand standards Communicate progress and ask clarifying questions when needed Keep marketing assets organized and properly named Support the marketing team with daily requests and small assignments Edit graphics and layouts based on provided updates Populate and update templates with finalized information Assist with newsletter and announcement production Create simple graphics for internal or social media use Organize and maintain marketing materials and asset folders Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design, or a related field Relevant coursework in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or writing Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or visual communications Willingness to learn internal processes and tools Strong copywriting and proofreading skills Graphic design fundamentals and layout awareness Attention to detail and accuracy when implementing edits Ability to follow directions and apply feedback Organization and file management Reliability and responsiveness to team needs Ability to manage multiple small tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Ability to follow brand standards and directions closely Applicants must be physically capable and possess the skills necessary to perform all aspects of the position requirements, with reasonable accommodation This position is primarily office-based, involves exposure to computer screens, and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse Applicants must be able to lift up to 10 pounds This position is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and standing Repeating motions may include the wrists, hands, and fingers Benefits Hybrid Office This position is based in an ERO designated office with an option for a hybrid work schedule based on employee performance, business needs, and client needs.
