About Us:
We are a well-established pool company serving our community for over 30 years. Due to continued growth during our busy season, we are seeking a dependable, organized professional to join our Service Department team.

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating service operations, assisting management with scheduling, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment throughout our peak season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage work orders for service technicians
  • Coordinate lifeguard scheduling alongside management
  • Answer incoming customer calls and resolve service-related issues
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate directly with technicians and customers
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform general office duties (emailing, copying, filing, assisting walk-in customers)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient daily operations

Schedule:

  • Season- March through October
  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Comfortable using computers and basic office software
  • Prior office, dispatch, or service coordination experience preferred
  • Pool industry experience is a plus but not required
