Job Description:

Old Republic Title is seeking a Online Education Specialist to support on-demand education, assist with LMS accredited and non-accredited course building, maintain reporting and user accounts, collaborate with design team on new programs and upgrade existing external training programs. This role will also attend state seminars representing Agency University and promoting the ezLearning platform.

We are seeking someone with previous title insurance experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist in the creation, uploading, and maintenance of course content and learning materials in the LMS.

  • In states where CE/CLE on-demand is offered, assist by understanding requirements in the course building process.

  • Assist states with completing CE/CLE forms by distributing course outlines and materials, and instructor information.

  • Prepare and distribute attendance reports to states.

  • Ensure course content is properly configured, and best practices are followed.

  • Coordinate with agency states to meet the needs of providing on-demand education within the LMS.

  • Maintain and assist with creation of user accounts, course building and learning paths etc.

  • Create and generate specialized reports to track training completion, compliance and learner engagement.

  • Provide administrative support in the creation, editing and formatting of course materials.

  • Proofread content prior to posting/distributing for accuracy. Attention to detail by reviewing work prior to sending.

  • Work with the AU design team to update existing on-demand training programs to enhance the user experience within the LMS.

  • Assist with answering email inbox for Agency University, phone calls and requests from internal and external customers.

  • Work with marketing on educational program promotion.

  • Participate in annual Focus Group and Steering Committee planning meetings.

  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.

  • Ability to keep confidences and work with confidential and sensitive information.

  • Some travel may be required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous title insurance experience strongly preferred

  • Previous experience with Absorb or other LMS

  • High school graduate with a five-year administrative assistant or general administrative experience.

  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment while successfully performing under extreme time constraints and meet prescribed deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and proofing skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.

  • Ability to act independently with sound judgment and take initiative.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Written and verbal communications are clear, grammatically correct and business appropriate.

  • Actively listens. Is mindful of how body language, gestures and nonverbal communications are perceived.
