Position Summary The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and optimizing the workflow of branch operations or key functional areas within a larger branch. This role ensures efficient execution across operational functions, drives continuous improvement through lean practices, and supports overall branch performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily operations including order processing, permitting, revenue recognition, installer compensation, scheduling, and accounts receivable. Ensure accuracy in sales order entry by implementing quality verification processes to minimize errors and rework. Develop, implement, and sustain lean processes to promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Support new and developing branches by establishing best-in-class “back-of-the-house” operational processes. Installation & Service Oversight Manage installation and service operations to ensure adherence to company standards and delivery of a high level of homeowner satisfaction (HOS). Oversee installation, technical, and service capacity to meet current demand and enable future growth.

Monitor and improve technical performance metrics, focusing on reducing remakes and increasing first-time completion rates.

• Logistics Oversee supply chain functions including purchasing, shipping, and receiving. Ensure effective use of corporate procurement programs and approved vendors to maintain quality and control costs. Financial &amp

• Administrative Management Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely billing and payments. Oversee subcontractor payments, job closeouts, and manual payment requests. Compliance &amp

• Safety Lead branch compliance efforts, including permitting, environmental reporting, and safety programs. Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory and company safety standards. Leadership &amp

• Team Management Serve as a key member of the branch leadership team, contributing to the achievement of annual operating goals. Direct and support personnel including installation supervisors, service and retail service representatives, scheduling staff, and warehouse teams.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of outstanding customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills in structuring work assignments, creating standard work procedures, and planning projects. Demonstrated leadership skills in directing, managing, and motivating employees. Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving, interpreting data, and defining resolution.
