<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong>: Duane Morris LLP, a global law firm with 800+ attorneys in offices across the U.S. and around the world, offers innovative solutions to the legal and business challenges presented by today’s evolving global markets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SUMMARY:</strong> We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to help support Employment and Labor law matters. The ideal candidate must have strong legal research skills— and the ability to prioritize multiple task with minimal direction. Experience navigating federal and state courts is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience in employment litigation matters, including wage and hour cases.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </strong></p><ul><li>Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions and legal codes.</li><li>Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, or appeals, etc. for use by attorney.</li><li>Create preliminary drafts of discovery requests and discovery responses.</li><li>Analyze client documents and prepare timelines and summaries.</li><li>Review deposition transcripts and prepare summaries thereof.</li><li>Coordinate requests between multiple parties involved in litigation by way of consistent communication with client.</li><li>Categorize and interpret data; review and analyze reports, responses and records produced by opposing counsel.</li><li>Drafts, review, analyze & organize documents in litigation and transactional matters.
