You will architect and drive mission-critical initiatives across payments infrastructure, AI-enabled systems, and emerging financial technologies.</p><p>This role requires a hands-on technical leader excellence</li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>12–18 years of software engineering experience</li><li>Proven experience operating at Staff+ / Principal Engineer level</li><li>Strong experience building scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures</li><li>Deep expertise in backend systems, APIs, microservices, and platform engineering</li><li>Experience working in high-growth fintech or modern technology companies</li><li>Strong hands-on coding and architecture capabilities</li></ul><h3>Preferred Background</h3><ul><li>Experience in B2B fintech environments</li><li>Exposure to crypto, blockchain, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructure</li><li>Experience with AI/ML systems, LLM integrations, or AI-enabled platforms</li><li>Background at modern technology companies such as Stripe, Coinbase, Block/Square, Brex, Mercury, Ramp, Robinhood, or other modern fintech and AI-native
