Role Overview As Senior/Staff Product Manager – Marketplaces & Enterprise, you will lead all product initiatives for marketplace and enterprise clients, transforming customer visual workflows into scalable product solutions. You will collaborate directly with sales, solutions engineers, and customers, translating insights into actionable product strategy. Responsibilities Develop and execute the vision and strategy for marketplace and enterprise product offerings. Understand pain points, workflows, and needs of enterprise and marketplace clients, creating features that serve multiple customers efficiently. Prioritize initiatives by analyzing market trends, client insights, and internal product data to define a clear roadmap. Partner with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to prototype solutions and support client-facing discovery processes. Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities to internal teams including Machine Learning, platform, and infrastructure teams. Use AI tools to prototype new ideas, delivering fast iterations and shipping features on a weekly basis. Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in product management, with 4+ years in a B2B or enterprise-focused role. Comfort with client-facing discovery and co-building solutions with sales teams. Proven track record of shipping high-impact features in fast-paced startup environments. Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, able to prioritize initiatives under tight constraints. Experience using AI tools for prototyping and experimentation. Excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and convey product decisions clearly.
