We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Analyst to support the successful delivery of technical projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, monitor performance metrics, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills, and has a proven ability to manage risks and drive operational improvements. This position offers exposure to multiple tools and methodologies, including project management software, collaboration platforms, and agile frameworks, supporting professional growth and leadership development.

Accountabilities

·         Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules, baselines, and performance metrics.

·         Facilitate collaboration across IT and technical teams, including developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders.

·         Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and technical briefings to leadership and stakeholders.

·         Track and manage project scope, risks, costs, and performance parameters.

·         Support the implementation of process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies.

·         Provide coaching, guidance, and recommendations to team members on project execution and resource allocation.

·         Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and quality standards while mitigating risks.

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program or Project Analyst supporting technical projects.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

·         Experience with project management methodologies, including developing and maintaining integrated master schedules and project baselines.

·         Strong communication skills, including preparing presentations, business cases, and formal documentation.

·         Ability to facilitate meetings and work collaboratively across multiple teams.

·         Knowledge of JIRA, JIRA Product Discovery, Freshservice Ticketing, or similar project tracking tools preferred.

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP or ScrumMaster certification is a plus.

·         Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
