Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, with a strong focus on IT, risk management, transformation, and regulatory positions. This role supports hiring needs from high-volume requisitions to specialized individual contributor roles, adapting recruiting strategies to meet the unique requirements of each search. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong pipelines of qualified talent. Leveraging market insights and sourcing best practices, the Recruiter helps identify and attract candidates in competitive talent markets, particularly within technology and risk-focused functions. This role requires the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining consistent communication and an organized, efficient hiring process.
