Foundever is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, and they are seeking an experienced AI Deployment Manager to join their growing AI team. This role involves ensuring the successful deployment of AI products within client environments, managing complex deployments, and acting as a bridge between various stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of AI software solutions across global client operations, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
  • Own project planning and tracking using Smartsheet – including dashboards, Gantt charts, task assignments, and stakeholder updates
  • Act as the bridge between internal product teams, customer success, and client-side IT/security stakeholders
  • Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure deployment success
  • Support client readiness, coordinating activities such as user testing, training, and go-live planning
  • Ensure compliance with client security, privacy, and infrastructure requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve deployment playbooks and best practices

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or customer success roles, ideally within a startup or tech environment
  • Proven track record managing software deployments into enterprise environments, preferably in AI, SaaS, or IT consulting
  • Expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet (building dashboards, workflows, and project plans)
  • Highly autonomous and self-directed, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including working with technical and non-technical teams
  • Familiarity with IT and security processes (e.g., data privacy, InfoSec reviews, SSO, integrations) during software deployments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
  • Experience working with AI or automation technologies
  • Experience working with multinational clients in BPO, CX, or enterprise environments
