The role involves generating metrics, providing actionable recommendations, and supporting management by collecting and analyzing data based on end-user needs.

  • Reviews, evaluates, designs and implements databases
  • Runs periodic testing to ensure correct operation of the system
  • Responsible for database recovery and back up
  • Creates custom reports as requested by management
  • Checks quality and ensure issues are handled properly to maintain data integrity
