Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Remote Night Time Support Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours
  • Provide comprehensive support for client services, addressing questions related to products, accounts, or technical issues
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry and documentation in our systems
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities are highly preferred, with fluency in English and at least one additional language
  • Prior experience in customer support, call centers, or client services is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Experience with outbound calling and handling inbound customer inquiries effectively
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong analysis skills
  • Familiarity with call center operations, phone etiquette, and cash handling procedures is desirable
  • Typing speed and accuracy are essential for efficient data entry during interactions
