Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Responsible for developing and executing internal communications/teammate readiness project plans that support Mortgage Lending strategic priorities and prepare frontline teammates to execute their job responsibilities/serve clients. Partners with Mortgage leaders and select enterprise partners to research, write and publish mortgage materials that prepare Originations, Correspondent, Operations, Servicing and Capital Markets teammates to succeed and deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and highly regulated work environment. Support Mortgage Communications Framework and coach Certified Authors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Partner with Mortgage leaders and bank partners to develop, implement and monitor teammate communications/readiness plans in support of overall mortgage initiatives/priorities, teammate readiness and engagement. 2. Deploy teammate readiness through a variety of communications channels to facilitate change management and enable sales and operations teammates to meet and exceed production goals, comply with new regulations and master new technologies. 3. Support the Mortgage Communications Framework; including coaching/mentoring the Certified Author and Governing Manager network who serve as communications champions across the business. 4. Lead most complex departmental assignments and workload. 5. Research and write communications materials for mortgage executive management and other leaders. 6. Manage town halls/teammate events, including multiple technology platforms. 7. Partner with digital resources (intranet/Sharepoint/video, etc.) and provide content for digital platforms. 8. Support and provide daily guidance to new/junior mortgage communications team members. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent education or related training. 2. Three or more years of financial or mortgage industry experience. 3. Demonstrated proficiency in writing/storytelling for multiple communications channels and the ability to distill very complex content into clear, concise and engaging/actionable communications. 4. Advanced skills in writing, editing and proofreading. 5. Proven skills in project management and negotiation. 6. Experience leading project teams. 7. Proven skills in building effective working relationships with business partners to support effective execution. 8. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Workfront and Sharepoint. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in either: Corporate Communications, Employee Readiness or Marketing Communications or any combination of these roles 2. Experience in graphic design and the Adobe product suite. 3. Experience working in Agile environment.
