About the position

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with analytics, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting.
  • Create and distribute communications and promotional solutions for the Southwest Business Team and Customers.
  • Provide customer support to the Southwest Business Team and Customers by responding to and managing inquiries utilizing CRM tools.
  • Partner with various internal departments to develop technical solutions.
  • Participate in ad hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the full hiring process.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Progress towards a degree, major, or minor in Professional Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or Aviation related field.
  • Progress towards a 4-year undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and during the internship.
  • Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application.

Nice-to-haves

  • Work experience in an Aviation environment preferred.
  • Previous work or internship experience in an analytics-related role preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or Salesforce preferred.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of \$25 per hour.
  • One-time stipend of \$1,000 paid in two installments of \$500.
