Commission-Based Sales Representative – E-commerce (Remote)

Overview
We are a UK-based online shop looking for a driven and results-oriented Commission-Based Sales Representative with a focus on e-commerce to join our remote team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, online business, and building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will help grow our customer base by generating new sales opportunities, engaging potential buyers, and developing revenue channels.

The position is fully remote, offering flexibility and independence while contributing directly to our online sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers / consumers through online channels such as social media, email outreach, communities, and professional networks
  • Promote and explain our e-commerce products clearly and persuasively to prospective buyers
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed sales
  • Negotiate and agree sales terms in line with company guidelines
  • Track leads, outreach activity, and sales results using simple reporting or CRM tools
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to maximise conversions and repeat purchases
  • Deliver professional and responsive communication with all potential clients
  • Work with marketing initiatives and campaigns to support lead generation efforts
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, offers, and relevant market trends to improve sales performance
