<p><strong>Role : Senior Developers and Tech Lead ( 10+ yrs of experience) </strong></p><p><strong>Location: Atlanta, GA </strong></p><p><strong>Duration : Long term Contract </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Hands deep into the code, versus having general knowledge of Salesforce</strong></p><p>Applicable Experience in</p><p>IVR,</p><p>AWS, contact center configuration,</p><p>certificate management, and</p><p>omnichannel flows</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Deployments & Release</strong></p><p>Prior involvement in deployment-related activities, both between lower environments and Production.</p><p>Strong working knowledge of ( AWS) Lambda configuration and flow design</p><p>Experience navigating enterprise-scale policies within large banking environments</p><p>Deep understanding of solution architecture is critical.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Hands-on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.</p><p>Proficient with SFDX CLI–driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package-based delivery.</p><p>Deep experience with scratch org–based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.</p><p>Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation</p><p>Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team</p><p>Need to solution independently and guide the full scrum team follow the truist process and implement required solutions</p><p>Work closely with product team</p><p>Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability</p><p>Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs</p><p>Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events</p><p>Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and performance standards</p><p>Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high test coverage and code quality</p><p>Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements</p><p>Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives</p><p>Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements</p><p>Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p>10 to 15 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience</p><p>Hands-on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.</p><p>Proficient with SFDX CLI–driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package-based delivery.</p><p>Deep experience with scratch org–based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.</p><p>Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning Flows</p><p>Experience working with Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Financial Services Cloud , Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning</p><p>Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits</p><p>Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems</p><p>Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes</p><p>Coding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCode.</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>Good written and verbal communication skills</p><p>Experience working with global teams and overlapping US time zones</p><p>Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, JavaScript Developer I and atleast 3 Salesforce architect certifications.</p>
