<div><div>The <b>Scrum Master/Deputy PM</b> will serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for GEOMAP product teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and delivering high-quality software releases in alignment with Air Force objectives. This role also provides backup support to the Project Manager Lead and assists in program management activities.</div><div></div><div></div><h3><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>Support multiple Scrum teams to ensure delivery of product increments with zero Cat 1/Cat 2 defects at deployment.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners and government stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.</li><li>Track team velocity, identify impediments, and implement process improvements.</li><li>Support program management with schedule tracking, risk management, and status reporting.</li><li>Maintain alignment with AF Agile Strategy Plan and ensure compliance with DevSecOps practices.</li><li>Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.</li><li>Coordinate with technical leads, testers, and help desk teams to ensure readiness for releases.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><b>Active Secret security clearance required.</b></li><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile software delivery, including at least 3 years serving as a Scrum Master.</li><li>Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, program management, and risk tracking.</li><li>Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h3><b>About Us</b></h3><div><b>Diné Development Corporation (DDC)</b> is a Navajo Nation–owned family of companies that provides government agencies and commercial organizations with high-quality IT, professional, environmental, and research and development services.
