Job Description:

  • Collaborate with Partner Resources specialist teams and cross-functional partners to advance US priorities and deliver business outcomes
  • Provide PRO partnership across the US Coffeehouse PRO leadership team, bringing a customer-focused lens to every interaction
  • Equip Partner Resources teams with insights to solve problems and make informed decisions by synthesizing, and sharing data, analysis, and insights
  • Partner in team priorities by aligning PRO tools and plans to deliver simple, effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Human resources generalist or specialist experience with aspiration for growth
  • Two or more years partnering with or supporting a department or team
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • 1 year of consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management
  • Knowledge of local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands effectively based on business needs
