Job Duties:

Monitor and oversee the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of customized business systems software applications for multiple projects. Review project plans to formulate and implement project activity. Direct daily operations of department, including analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. Coordinate workload and task assignments. Prepare and review operational reports and project progress reports. Define service level agreements for the applications within the projects and devise plans based on the business criticality. Maintain client relationships and meet regularly with Senior Management. Collaborate with superiors in conducting risk analysis and client interface, which includes budgetary and quality assurance. Select, monitor, and interface with offshore software development teams, including managing quality control and compliance with the delivery schedule for the entire project life cycle. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

Requirements:

Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Math, Business, Technology, or related and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in Information Technology (IT)/engineering or IT-related consulting/business. Alternatively, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
