You'll guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, bringing clarity to complex problems, balancing priorities, and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision. With a focus on outcomes, you'll define the “what” and “why” behind key decisions and shape experiences that scale and evolve across our platform. You’ll step into ambiguity with confidence, drive results, and inspire collaboration across disciplines.<br> </p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul><li><p><span>Define and drive the strategic roadmap for customer accounts and access across mobile and web platforms, aligning with company objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration of high-impact features and enhancements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own responsible gaming product experiences, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining a seamless customer experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead funnel optimization across sign-up, login, and account management flows to improve conversion and reduce friction for new and returning customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate vision into clear product requirements, business cases, and success metrics that guide execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Analytics, UX, and Operations teams to deliver complex cross-platform initiatives on tight timelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leverage data, experimentation, user research, and A/B testing to evaluate product performance, prioritize investments, and measure impact across the account lifecycle.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mentor other product managers and contribute to the evolution of product best practices across the organization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Influence at all levels of the organization through clear communication, structured thinking, and stakeholder alignment.</span><br><br> </p></li></ul><h2>What You’ll Bring</h2><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.</span></p></li><li><p><span>At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deep experience managing product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience owning customer accounts, onboarding, authentication, or identity-related product experiences across web and mobile platforms is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to support decision-making, prioritization, and experimentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience balancing long-term vision with near-term impact in complex and ambiguous product spaces.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity working with internal tools, customer-facing platforms, or foundational technology products is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span>Join Our Team</span></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
