You will join a team that handles everything from ETL integration configurations, 3rd party application support and everything Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.  Business Systems supports Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, Customer Success, and HR teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company, understand their business needs and translate them into efficient solutions. You will also mentor and train other members of the team to ensure our team is continually growing our skills.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mentor and support other administrators and team members.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Administer and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Configure and support Salesforce embedded applications and integrations such as Conga</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes using Salesforce best practices.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while adhering to change control processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Who You Are</span></h3> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, especially Flow Builder (must be able to demonstrate).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Salesforce Administrator and Platform App builder certifications are required.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience supporting Conga Contracts or similar CLM tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
