The Digital Market Products team is looking for a Senior Service Reliability Specialist to join us in North Charleston, SC; Colorado Springs, CO; Mesa, AZ; Berkeley; MO; Fairfax, VA; Chicago, IL, Seattle, WA; Plano, TX; or Long Beach, CA. We are looking for a Customer-Facing Specialist to champion the reliability, performance, and resilience of our mission-critical applications including customer portals, e-commerce systems, training platforms, and global airline support tools. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology and customer experience, owning application uptime, building automation for self-healing systems, and directly communicating with internal stakeholders and airline customers when incidents arise. Position Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provides consultation and leadership to identify, evaluate and document complex computing system requirements</li><li>Applies expertise related to architecture, design, build and test delivery systems and components</li><li>Provides technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments</li><li>Provides technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of complex delivery systems </li></ul>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): <ul><li>5+ years of experience of Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)</li><li>5+ years of experience with designing and developing software for complex systems such as Distributed Systems, Multi-Threaded and Multi-Process Applications, and Client-server Architectures</li><li>5+ years of experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)</li><li>3+ years of experience in Incident Management </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): <ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher</li><li>Experience with supporting complex applications or systems</li><li>Experience with problem-solving, including diagnosing and resolving complex network issues</li><li>Experience with written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience with maintaining thorough documentation, and implementing repeatable processes </li></ul>Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
