This complex system of 34 web-based modules is used by over 10,000 active users to meet the housing needs of over 2.5 million service members, DoD civilians, and their families.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Clearance</strong>: Active Secret clearance.</p> <p><strong>Location/Flexibility: </strong>Local to the DC Metro Area, Remote Flexible</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary administrator for SAP Business Objects (BOXI) on Windows Server, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.</li> <li>Support and maintain Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring; configure dashboards, alerts, and integrations; analyze performance data and assist with incident root cause analysis.</li> <li>Implement and support DNS changes as required for application and infrastructure needs; coordinate with network teams to ensure proper DNS resolution and network connectivity.</li> <li>Support Splunk SIEM for log aggregation, monitoring, and security compliance; maintain forwarders, indexes, and dashboards; assist with log analysis for troubleshooting and audit purposes.</li> <li>Provide backup support for F5 Big-IP/Big-IQ load balancer administration, including configuration changes, SSL certificate management, and troubleshooting application delivery issues.</li> <li>Administer Windows/Linux servers, VMware/ESXi, Nutanix, NetApp, Tintri, and cloud-integrated infrastructure across on-premise and DoD/Navy-approved cloud environments.</li> <li>Remediate ACAS findings; apply STIGs; ensure compliance with DoD and Navy cybersecurity requirements.</li> <li>Review, test, and apply quarterly OS, Oracle, and application patches; track and remediate vulnerabilities.</li> <li>Manage user accounts in Production, QAE, and Staging; administer Jira/Confluence access; reset SFG and privileged accounts.</li> <li>Operate and maintain Commvault/Hyperscale backup infrastructure; conduct quarterly DR exercises; manage off-site tape process.</li> <li>Manage TLS/SSL certificate lifecycle using Digicert; maintain certificate inventory across all environments.</li> <li>Track, renew, and procure software support agreements and hardware (Oracle, Red Hat, F5, Cisco, Commvault, VMware, etc.).</li> <li>Prepare monthly Hosting Technical Slides; produce metrics reports; maintain ISCP, SBC, and POAM documentation.</li> <li>Execute scheduled and emergency maintenance windows; participate in CMB/System Manager meetings; manage planned and unplanned outages.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Clearance</strong>: Active Secret clearance.</li> <li><strong>Location/Flexibility: </strong>Local to the DC Metro Area or Norfolk, VA area. Remote Flexible. Must be willing to travel to Norfolk, VA as needed.</li> <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a technical discipline and Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, </strong>with demonstrated expertise in hosting, systems administration, and enterprise application support in a DoD or similar environment.</li> <li><strong>Certification</strong>: Must have or obtain a CompTIA Security+ or DoD 8140-equivalent certification within 6 months of hire.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with SAP Business Objects (BOXI 4.3+) administration on Windows Server.</li> <li>Experience with Dynatrace or similar application/infrastructure monitoring tools.</li> <li>Experience with Splunk administration and log analysis.</li> <li>Experience with DNS management and network troubleshooting.</li> <li>Experience with F5 Big-IP/Big-IQ or similar load balancer technologies.</li> <li>Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.</li> <li>Experience with VMware/ESXi, Nutanix, NetApp, Tintri (virtualization and storage).</li> <li>Experience with Oracle Database patching, configuration, and AuditVault.</li> <li>Experience with Commvault backup and recovery operations.</li> <li>Experience with Cisco networking and switch management.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to ensure DoD STIG compliance and remediate ACAS vulnerabilities.</li> <li>Experience with Jira and Confluence administration.</li> <li>Experience with certificate management (Digicert or equivalent).</li> <li>Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and IA processes.</li> <li>Experience with DoD procurement processes (PR/ITPR submissions).</li> <li>Strong technical writing skills for documentation and reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting DoD or Navy IT systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with eMH (enterprise Military Housing) or similar enterprise systems.</li> <li>DoD 8570/8140 compliance (e.g., Security+, CISSP, or equivalent).</li> <li>Experience with Azure or other DoD-approved cloud environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with Camunda, RSA, Agiloft, or Dynatrace.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#CJ</p><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <h3>About NT Concepts</h3> <p>Founded in 1998 and headquartered in the Washington DC Metro area, NT Concepts is a private, mid-tier company with clients spanning the Intelligence and Defense communities.
