Responsible for maintaining and updating all corporate and contract websites following SEO and web principles best practice. Developing SEO strategies and improving onsite performance and user experience to ensure sites can be found easily and drive the desired onsite behaviour. Test, monitor and analyse websites to ensure a great online experience for users of all abilities.

Salary Range

£34,500-£36,000

1. Maintain and update all website content and meta data across corporate and contract websites - in line with SEO and best practices

2. Collaborate with Marketing Leads and Website Developers to build new web pages and components using UI and theme styles to ensure a great user experience

3. Analyse user bahaviour on site using tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Google Tag Manager and Search Console against desired actions and identify areas for improvement

4. Create and complete test scripts to ensure a site's readiness before go-live, and test user journeys, accessibility compliance and overall site performance

5. Create and A/B test different landing pages to support marketing campaign performance and lead generation

6. Enhance our online presence ensuring SEO, keywords and accessibility scores are optimised across all websites and support paid marketing campaign performance

7. Conduct SEO audits and keyword analysis to create effective SEO strategies to ensure our websites are optimised for search engines and rank competitively for relevant search terms

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong background of website CMS such as WordPress (essential)

• Experience of SEO tools such as SEM Rush, Screeming Frog, Search Console and Yoast (essential)

• Experience of adding and maintaining tracking and keywords on websites

• Knowledge of UI design principles across multiple browsers and devices

• Understanding of web content principles and best practices such as heading structure, SEO fundamentals and web performance analytics

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CCS, JS is desirable.
