Job Summary

Join our summer camp team as an Afternoon Desk Attendant! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the camp during afternoon hours, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for children, parents, and staff alike. Your presence will manage guest interactions, maintain a safe, organized environment and lend a hand to staff when needed.

Duties

  • Greet campers, parents, and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism at the afternoon desk
  • Manage the check-out process for campers, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Assist in organizing and overseeing camp activities, events, and special programs during afternoon hours
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately for aftercare.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding guests through available service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with activity leaders and staff to ensure safety protocols are followed and emergencies are promptly addressed
  • Be available from 12:30PM until the last child gets picked up, no later than 6:00PM
