We’re looking for TikTok Creators who love being on camera, enjoy storytelling, and want to learn how to turn content into consistent income. This is not an hourly role or traditional 9–5 position. This opportunity is designed for creators who want access to brands, products, coaching, and monetization opportunities through our TikTok-focused agency.

Creators in our network receive support, strategy, and resources to help them grow, monetize, and build long-term creator careers — whether you’re just getting started or already posting consistently.

What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok (and occasionally other platforms) that aligns with brand campaigns and trending formats
  • Film authentic, on-camera content such as product reviews, lifestyle clips, storytelling videos, and trend-based posts
  • Use provided guidance, content ideas, and optional scripts to speed up creation
  • Stay aware of TikTok trends, sounds, hashtags, and viral formats to maximize reach and performance
  • Engage with audiences through comments and community interaction to build trust and credibility
  • Collaborate with brands and campaigns sourced directly through our agency
  • Track basic content performance to understand what converts and grows your page

Important to Know

  • This is not an hourly or salaried position
  • Creators are independent contractors (1099)
  • You post content on your own TikTok account

  • You’re comfortable or willing to be on camera

  • Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form video
