Location: Canada (Remote/Hybrid) About Us Grail is a leading TikTok agency specializing in creator partnerships, social commerce, and experiential campaigns across North America and Europe. We work closely with creators and points of interest (POIs) to execute engaging content experiences that drive visibility and performance on TikTok Go. As TikTok continues to shape how people discover travel, entertainment, dining, and experiences, we’re looking for someone excited to help connect creators with top destinations and experiences. Role Description We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, and relationship-driven POI & Creator Partnerships Specialist to support our TikTok Go initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and securing creator-friendly experiences and venues, coordinating creator visits, and serving as the primary point of contact for both creators and POI partners throughout event execution. You’ll play a key role in ensuring events and content visits run smoothly while building strong relationships with creators and partners alike. Responsibilities - Source and secure partnerships with points of interest (hotels and attractions) for TikTok Go creator visits - Coordinate scheduling and logistics for creator content visits and experiences - Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for creators and POI partners before, during, and after events - Manage communication timelines, confirmations, deliverables, and updates across all parties - Work cross-functionally with the TikTok Go team - Track partnership outreach, creator participation, and progress toward POI targets What We’re Looking For - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - Comfortable managing multiple schedules, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously - Interest in influencer marketing, social media, hospitality, tourism, or experiential marketing - Familiarity with TikTok and creator culture - Experience in partnerships, account coordination, event coordination, influencer marketing, or business development is a plus The Ideal Person for This Role Is: - Confident communicating with creators, brands, and business partners on a daily basis - Organized and proactive when managing schedules, outreach, and logistics - A problem solver who can adapt quickly in fast-paced environments - Passionate about social media, creator marketing, and building partnerships - Excited to take ownership over a growing area of the business - Looking for rapid career growth and the opportunity to help scale a developing program Requirements - Must be fluent in English - Must be highly responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Must be open to flexible working hours If you’re looking for an opportunity to work at the intersection of creators, travel, experiences, and TikTok culture, we’d love to hear from you!
