Virtual Value Services is expanding our team! We’re looking for U.S.-based Virtual Assistants who are either experienced in general administrative work, tech-based support, or both.

These are freelance, as-needed positions with no guaranteed hours. Projects are offered as client needs arise. You’ll have the flexibility to accept or decline any opportunity, negotiate your pay, and you’re free to work with other companies or contracts at the same time!

We’re Hiring For:

Administrative Virtual Assistants

Support businesses with day-to-day operations and client-facing tasks. Tasks may include:

  • Inbox & calendar management
  • Scheduling and appointment setting
  • Data entry, spreadsheets, CRM updates
  • Document preparation & research
  • Client follow-ups & light social media help
  • Among many other tasks

Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistants

Help troubleshoot and streamline digital tools and platforms. Tasks may include:

  • Building websites (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or coded)
  • Fixing issues with booking platforms, plugins, and online systems
  • Troubleshooting bugs or tech issues in social media and websites
  • Streamlining processes and improving backend workflows
  • Platform setups (Social Media, CRMs, Payment Systems, etc)
  • Among many other tasks

_ What We’re Looking For:_

  • Must be U.S.-based (non-negotiable)
  • Strong communication, reliability, and self-management
  • Experience in your chosen specialty (admin or tech)
  • Comfortable using remote tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, website builders, etc.)
  • Organized, responsive, and respectful of client confidentiality
  • Willingness to sign an NDA before working with clients

_ Pay & Flexibility_

  • This is not a salaried or guaranteed-hours job
  • You’ll tell us your minimum acceptable hourly rate & when we have clients needing work done, we will come to you to see if you have availability and discuss pay. You receive your base hourly rate for those tasks and will be offered an in-full price that you can negotiate for any project-based jobs.
  • We aim to match or exceed your rate when offering projects
  • You choose which assignments you want—no pressure or penalty for saying no
  • Freedom to work other contracts or jobs while signed on to VVS —as long as you’re not supporting our existing clients independently.
