Job SummaryPerforms functions directed towards successfully and efficiently meeting shipping goals for customer orders by providing daily direction, instructions, and training to warehouse personnel and reporting of all warehouse activities to appropriate departments / managers.Department: WarehouseShift available: 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) Essential FunctionsPlanning and assigning work to meet daily shipping and receiving schedulesResponsible for ensuring secure loading/unloading of product to prevent damage. Must report and assist in investigation of damages to product or equipment due to warehouse personnel actions.Helps maintain safe and clean work environment.Responsible for inspecting all incoming and outgoing vehicles before receiving or loadingFollow established Allergen Control Program Procedures as it applies to shipping, receiving and warehousingResponsible for ensuring secure loading/unloading of product to prevent damage. Must report and assist in investigation of damages to product or equipment due to warehouse personnel actions.Maintain an accurate inventory of all finished goods in warehouseEnsure all lot codes are documented and all paperwork is processed dailyFollows and enforces guidelines for HAZMAT shipments in accordance to IATA, FAA and DOT.Enforces and maintains proper storage and identification for HAZMAT inventory.
