SUMMARY:

  • A popular fast fashion company is looking for a skilled Industrial Steamer Operator to prepare clothing for online product photography and promotional photo shoots. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative environment with potential for long-term employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use an industrial steamer to remove wrinkles and ensure clothing is camera-ready.
  • Handle delicate and high-fashion garments with care to maintain fabric integrity.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily steaming goals and keep up with the fast-paced workflow.
  • Assist the photography and styling team in preparing clothing for shoots.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly handled.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industrial steamer experience is required – no training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure garments look flawless for photoshoots.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium-weight garments.

DRESS CODE:

  • Neat, clean professional appearance. Must wear closed-toed shoes. No offensive words or graphics.

LOCATION RULES:

  • Must adhere to Attendance policy including breaks, and lunches

  • Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
  • Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
  • There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
