Progressive Technology is seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team as Call Center Agents. This is a work-from-home opportunity that offers both day and night shifts, making it ideal for candidates seeking flexible work hours. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing requests, and delivering exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to guide customers effectively.

  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM tools.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Escalate complex cases to senior support staff or supervisors as needed.
