<div> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW:</p> <p>As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’re the person who makes sure our digital presence is</p> <p>always accurate, on-brand, and set up to convert. From keeping the website and app updated</p> <p>with the right products, pricing, and promotions, to managing digital menu boards across 350+</p> <p>locations and maintaining our coupon and offer infrastructure, this role sits at the intersection of</p> <p>digital operations and customer experience.</p> <p>You’ll report into the Director, Digital Marketing and work closely across the Brand and Integrated</p> <p>Marketing team, the Project Manager, and our internal creative team. This is a great entry point</p> <p>for someone who’s curious about how digital platforms actually work under the hood, loves</p> <p>being the person who knows how things connect, and wants to grow into a broader digital</p> <p>marketing career at a brand people are genuinely obsessed with.</p> <p>We’re looking for someone organized, fast-moving, and detail-obsessed, who can juggle</p> <p>multiple campaigns and product launches without dropping a single coupon code.</p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Web and Digital Asset Management</p> <p>• Own day-to-day management of web and app content, including new product additions,</p> <p>pricing updates, promotional changes, and store information across all digital touchpoints</p> <p>• Maintain and update digital menu boards across all retail locations, ensuring accuracy and</p> <p>alignment with campaign and product launch timing</p> <p>• Serve as the internal content liaison between the marketing team and the creative team,</p> <p>managing the intake, trafficking, and deployment of digital assets</p> </p> <p>Digital Content Calendar</p> <p>• Maintain the digital content calendar, planning and executing campaign updates across the</p> <p>website, app, and menu boards in sync with the broader integrated marketing calendar</p> <p>• Coordinate with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure digital asset deadlines are built</p> <p>into campaign timelines and met consistently</p> <p>• Keep all digital content current and accurate, flagging conflicts or gaps in the calendar</p> <p>before they become launch-day problems</p> <p>Promotions, Coupons, and Offers</p> <p>• Own coupon code creation, setup, maintenance, and reporting across all digital platforms</p> <p>• Ensure promotional offers are configured correctly in back-end systems and displaying</p> <p>accurately on front-end customer-facing platforms</p> <p>• Track offer performance and flag anomalies or redemption issues quickly</p> <p>• Own FDA set-up and oyalty system needs</p> </p> <p>Campaign Support and Analysis</p> <p>• Assist with campaign analysis and reporting, pulling data to help the Digital Marketing team</p> <p>understand what’s working and where there’s room to optimize</p> <p>• Support conversion optimization efforts by identifying friction points in the digital customer</p> <p>journey across the website, app, and delivery platforms</p> <p>• Participate in digital marketing strategy sessions and bring a curious, ground-level</p> <p>perspective on how customers actually experience Insomnia online and in-store</p> <p>Platform Subject Matter Expertise</p> <p>• Become the team’s go-to expert on how our site merchandising, coupon infrastructure,</p> <p>pricing setup, and back-end admin systems connect to the front-end customer experience</p> <p>• Troubleshoot platform issues quickly and escalate to the right technical or vendor partners</p> <p>when needed</p> <p>• Document processes, workflows, and platform knowledge so the team isn’t dependent on</p> <p>any one person for day-to-day digital operations</p> </p> <p>Qualifications & Experience</p> <p>• Recent college graduate or up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce,</p> <p>content management, or a related field</p> <p>• Hands-on experience with content management systems, site merchandising tools, or</p> <p>digital operations platforms, either in a professional or academic setting</p> <p>• Strong computer literacy and a genuine curiosity for how digital platforms work end to end</p> <p>• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and product</p> <p>launches simultaneously without losing accuracy or urgency</p> <p>• Strong communication skills and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently, even</p> <p>when priorities shift</p> <p>• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while also slowing down to analyze</p> <p>data and contribute to strategy conversations</p> <p>• A troubleshooter by nature, you’d rather figure out why something broke and fix the root</p> <p>cause than patch it and move on</p> </p> <p>Would Be Amazing If You Have:</p> <p>• Retail marketing background with an emphasis on driving online revenue and conversion</p> <p>• Hospitality, food and beverage, or gifting experience, whether on a marketing team or as
