Develop growth strategies: The Director of Growth will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer retention for the Genuine Service division. Execute growth initiatives: This role requires the ability to execute on growth initiatives, including analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and evaluating potential partnerships or acquisitions. Lead cross-functional teams: The Director of Growth will lead cross-functional teams to align on growth objectives and execute strategies effectively. Monitor market trends: This role requires staying up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape, and using this information to inform growth strategies and initiatives.
