Job Summary We're looking for a highly organized and analytical individual to fill a remote Data Entry Clerk position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on various projects and tasks associated with Clinical Adjudication, CAPAS operations, and enterprise requirement determinations. Your primary focus will be on data entry, documentation, and collaboration to drive project deliverables and ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities • Participate in enterprise requirement determinations and Clinical Adjudication tasks, including documentation and root cause analysis of override issues • Work on multiple projects and tasks associated with PAs, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality results • Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporate progressive enhancements into all elements of CAPAS operations • Assist with the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project goals and objectives • Utilize RxClaim and Data Warehouse to run queries and analyze data • Develop and maintain excellent communication and organizational skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical users Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications • 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a matrixed environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical users • Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications • RxClaim experience, particularly in adjudication associated with PA overrides • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access database • Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments, with a strong sense of accountability • Strategic thinking and ability to articulate risks or concerns Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At CVS Health, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
