Home Page UX/UI Redesign (Squarespace)

Other Jobs To Apply

We're Bennett Awards, a custom award and recognition studio that designs meaningful awards, deal toys, and recognition pieces for many of the world's leading brands.

We're looking for a UX/UI designer to help update our Home page (and a few other key landing pages) on our website. We need to maintain our branding but would like to create a stronger experience and customer journey for our website visitors.

We want to transform our Home page and key landing pages into a guided buying experience that builds confidence, clearly communicates what Bennett Awards does, and naturally encourages visitors to start a project.

Our goal isn't simply to redesign these pages. We're looking for someone who can improve the overall experience, simplify decision making, and create pages that reflect the quality and craftsmanship of our brand.

What We're Looking For:

Strong UX/UI design experience.

Experience designing premium brand websites.

Experience working in Squarespace.

Experience in Webflow. We plan to migrate in the future and we would ideally like to continue working with the same designer to help implement this migration.

A strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion-focused design.

Knowledge and experiences with implement on-page SEO best practices into page designs, not only for traditional SEO but also for AI searches

Someone who is comfortable challenging our assumptions and bringing thoughtful ideas to the table.

Project Scope:

We've already developed a detailed Home page specification that outlines the customer journey, messaging hierarchy, page structure, content direction, and visual references.

For the initial concept, we'd like the design to follow this specification closely. The goal is to see your interpretation of the strategy we've already developed, rather than a completely new direction.

That said, we're looking for a designer who can elevate the experience through strong UX, thoughtful visual design, typography, spacing, imagery, and interaction. If you identify opportunities to improve the user experience while staying true to the overall strategy, we're open to discussing those as the project evolves.

After the Home page is complete, we would like you to follow the same process with a few of our key landing pages.

Primary Objectives:

Build confidence quickly and communicate what Bennett does within the first few seconds.

Showcase the quality, craftsmanship, and credibility behind the Bennett brand.

Guide visitors through a clear buying journey instead of encouraging them to search for information.

Increase qualified project inquiries.

Create a design system that can continue to evolve as our website grows.

This Could Become an Ongoing Relationship

Beyond this homepage project, we have several additional initiatives planned, including:

A future migration to Webflow

Product page improvements

Additional website and marketing design work

We're looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can become a trusted extension of our team and help maintain consistency across future projects.
