Description:

  • Define Link's local payment method strategy and roadmap for merchants and consumers globally.
  • Help establish and evolve an ambitious product roadmap from core capabilities to new initiatives.
  • Engage directly with merchants and consumers to gather feedback and market insights.
  • Champion user insights within Link and represent user needs across Stripe.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a frictionless consumer payment experience across diverse payment methods.
  • Set prioritization and execution cadence across Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Launch initiatives aligned with company-wide goals and strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally across both consumer-facing and enterprise products.
  • Strong design empathy and judgment for crafting high-quality consumer experiences.
  • Comfortable using data, including metrics analysis and SQL when needed.
  • Ability to continuously improve products and balance small, medium, and large releases.
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes to solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill user problems into actionable framing.
  • Experience managing high-stakes external partnerships and aligning on milestones for integrations.
  • Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Experience working on consumer financial products (preferred).
  • Experience with local payment methods (preferred).
  • Experience building brand-new products or working in a startup environment (preferred).
  • Experience partnering with GTM teams to launch new products (preferred).
