<p><strong>Hybrid Salesforce Administrator (Revenue Cloud Focus)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> San Francisco, CA (Hybrid — 3 days onsite / 2 remote)</p><p><strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 12 Months (with potential extension)</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> Up to $120/hour</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Salesforce Administrator</strong> with strong <strong>Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing)</strong> experience to join a fast-paced enterprise team in <strong>San Francisco</strong>. This hybrid role combines <strong>administration</strong>, <strong>business analysis</strong>, and <strong>development</strong> skills to manage and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of <strong>quote-to-cash (Q2C)</strong> processes, the ability to translate complex business needs into Salesforce solutions, and hands-on technical expertise across declarative and programmatic tools.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including <strong>user management, security, data integrity, and automation</strong>.</li><li>Lead <strong>Revenue Cloud</strong> initiatives — configuration, pricing, quoting, billing flows, and integration with ERP systems.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and document detailed user stories and process flows.</li><li>Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud.</li><li>Build and maintain <strong>Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Custom Objects</strong>.</li><li>Support <strong>end-to-end Q2C</strong> and revenue recognition processes through CPQ and Billing modules.</li><li>Partner with developers and architects to design and deploy custom Apex solutions when needed.</li><li>Maintain system documentation and change logs for auditing and SOX compliance.</li><li>Conduct UAT testing, end-user training, and post-deployment support.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>7+ years</strong> of Salesforce experience, with at least <strong>3+ years in an Admin or Lead Admin capacity</strong>.</li><li>Proven <strong>Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Billing</strong> implementation experience (required).</li><li>Strong <strong>Business Analysis</strong> background — able to capture, document, and communicate requirements across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li><strong>Developer skills highly preferred</strong> (Apex, LWC, SOQL, API integrations).</li><li>Expertise in Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds with a deep understanding of data models and governance.</li><li>Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working closely with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) required; CPQ and/or Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Contract Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Duration:</strong> 12 Months (with possibility of extension)</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid — San Francisco, CA (3 days onsite / 2 remote)</li><li><strong>Rate:</strong> Up to $120/hour</li><li><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP</li></ul><p></p>
