Mission:

As Technical Leader, you will contribute to the technical/commercial management of all customers, maintaining your specific approach in the field and on the platform, ensuring they receive the right support according to the different needs and expectations of Schneider Electric.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Acts in the pre-sales phase in support of Schneider Electric's entire sales force for the selection of products/solutions from Industrial Automation offering with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction and Schneider Electric's revenue.
  • As a “Technical Leader,” you manage the technological opportunities within your area of expertise throughout their entire life cycle: you ensure the customer journey, coordinate after-sales support, and govern interactions between the relevant support staff and the customer.
  • For their area of specialization, they are the main point of contact with the relevant marketing departments, sharing know-how with colleagues and fostering an effective and ongoing network.
  • They work proactively with sales engineers to build ongoing relationships with customers, stimulate new opportunities, and acquire new customers.
  • They work proactively with the technical departments of all customers to consolidate partnerships and build business opportunities.

What qualifications will make you successful?

 

  • Degree in engineering
  • Proven experience and technical background in industrial automation
  • Dynamicity and willingness to travel throughout the territory
  • Leadership skills and effective at building good relationships with customers and at talking the same language of the customer
  • Ability in problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, energetic, creative, confident and able to articulate at multiple levels within an organization
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with a team-oriented approach
  • English is needed to assure an effective relationship with the worldwide segment organization
