As the Director of Business Operations Ecommerce - Shipping & Fulfillment Excellence, you will own the end-to-end performance of our Ship-to-Home and Shipping Channels, ensuring every order is fast, accurate, cost-efficient, and consistently delivers on the "perfect order" promise.<br><br>This is a pivotal role at the forefront of Sam's Club's fulfillment transformation. You will lead a team of managers/senior managers, partner with last-mile carriers, and work cross-functionally across Site Ops, Supply Chain, and Walmart counterparts to engineer higher throughput, lower cost, and an exceptional member experience.
