At Napa Rose, guest service is at the heart of everything we do. As a Service Assistant (Bus Help), you will play a key role in supporting the front-of-house team by ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and prepared for exceptional guest service. You will assist servers in delivering a seamless experience, maintain the ambiance of the restaurant, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a luxury dining environment.

Responsibilities :
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas; Clean floors
  • Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
  • Assist Servers with tasks as needed
  • Anticipate Guest needs and act accordingly
  • Work with kitchen/restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, coffee brewers, juice, and soda fountains


Basic Qualifications :
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high end restaurant environment
  • Experience with multi-tasking
  • General knowledge of sanitation
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of Forbes standards is a plus
  • Excellent Guest service skills
  • Poised and professional - avoiding use of casual language
  • Very strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills - including the ability to speak articulately and clearly and provide good eye contact


Additional Information :
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
This location serves Breakfast and Dinner service. Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM while some may end as late as midnight (or later depending on when the last Guest leaves.
