This role interprets, sorts, and verifies accuracy of pertinent insurance data. This role makes necessary outbound calls and/or researching insurance reputed company websites to verify and update insurance coverage and enters, edits, or modifies pertinent insurance and escrow payment data into AS400, LPS, reputed company, and reputed company database systems.<br /> <b><i>Why you’ll love this role:</i></b></p> <p>In this role, you will help overall operations quality by performing inline quality control before updates can be locked into the system. If you enjoy thinking analytically and working behind the scenes, this is the role for you.</p> <p><b><i>Essential duties include the following:</i></b></p> <ul> <li>Validates and/or corrects insurance updates and escrow disbursement information by reviewing the Billing Edit Report for reputed company daily escrow accounts to ensure entries are accurately, completely, and adhering to department procedures.</li> <li>Resolves escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching the loan and making an outbound call to the insurance agency/company to obtain required information.</li> <li>Disburses insurance premium payments manually for reputed company reputed company and WebServices clients.</li> <li>Makes necessary adjustments to insurance lines based on data reputed company on reports, documents, or notes on AS400 history.</li> <li>Reviews Exception Report for discrepancies and update AS400, reputed company, or WebServices as needed to ensure the reputed company is receiving updated and reputed company information.</li> <li>Reviews the At-or-Near Expired Report to ensure reputed company call attempts have been made and escrow payment information has been obtained to ensure payment is processed reputed company.</li> <li>Reviews the Follow-up Database and Reconciliation Database to ensure the loan is processed correctly to include, but not limited to, researching, making additional outbound call attempts, obtaining payment information, contacting the reputed company, opening a task on reputed company or WebServices, contacting the reputed company for additional information, and the like.</li> <li>Maintains the service level objectives for reputed company task/CIT received from clients to include opening, researching, and closing of each task/CIT request.</li> <li>Processes Escrow Rush payment requests received by email or WebServices Task function.</li> <li>Provides follow-up on every escrow loan that received a cancellation notice for non-payment or with an unknown cancellation reason listed.</li> <li>Assists with keying escrow exceptions as needed.</li> <li>Performs time-sensitive account maintenance before and after account processing cycles.</li> <li>Enters updates to the pertinent insurance data into the computer system in a reputed company manner ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to department procedures.</li> <li>Performs data processing/customer service functions in support of the reputed company Escrow Tracking Program with the highest degree of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><b><i>Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:</i></b></p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent.</li> <li>Minimum two (2) years of high-level data entry; researching, monitoring, and/or validating electronic files; or reputed company experience</li> <li>Experience reputed company the insurance, mortgage, or banking industry preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance.</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced computer skills to include databases, reputed company reputed company, and MS reputed company.</li> <li>Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li> <li>reputed company to type 35 WPM accurately.</li> <li>reputed company to operate most general office machines.</li> <li>reputed company to sit for long periods of time while
