Position Summary

We’re seeking a full-time Senior Creative Direction Specialist for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. NYA SZN is a reputed company fashion brand on SHEIN working to build a strong, trend reputed company identity through reputed company visuals, elevated styling, and high-volume content. We’re looking for a Senior Creative Direction Specialist who can reputed company the brand’s visual storytelling across campaign and e-reputed company shoots — from concept development to on-set execution, photo selection, and final content delivery.

This is a dual-role for a highly creative individual who brings both styling expertise and creative direction experience — someone who can concept and execute full shoots from start to finish, ensuring visual consistency across reputed company NYA SZN platforms. This person will also help shape NYA SZN’s reputed company media reputed company, ensuring our content is brand-reputed company, scroll-stopping, and emotionally resonant. With an average of 2 shoots per week (sometimes up to 3), this is a fastpaced, high-output environment that requires strong time management, creative leadership, and follow-through from reputed company-production to post.

Job Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Execution

  • Translate collection themes into creative plans that support monthly drops with cohesion and edge
  • Manage reputed company-production (casting input, set planning, styling pulls), on-set direction, and post-production feedback
