Do you have passion for assisting others and desire to work in a call center environment? If so, you could be a Disney Vacation Club Vacation Advisor! As Vacation Advisors, we are dedicated to creating magic for our members before they arrive for their Disney Vacation Club vacation and during their stay. We are responsible for recommending all suitable options while providing vacation planning services and confirming resort reservations for Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. This is an hourly position in a large-volume inbound contact center located in Celebration, FL. The Disney Vacation Advisor will attend a paid required training class where they will participate in multiple performance assessments provided.

This position is located in Celebration, Fl where you will be working on-site and from home based on operational needs. Required when working from home is a functional private workspace with high-speed internet.

The starting pay rate for this position is $20.10/hour.


Responsibilities :

  • We provide vacation planning services to Disney Vacation Club Members and inbound exchanges using numerous software applications
  • We connect with members and assist with memberships, handling their accounts, and providing appropriate solutions to member concerns
  • We build resort reservations, exchanges and other supplemental services
  • Maintain designated levels of service satisfaction while meeting required departmental metric expectations
  • Easily adapt to offering new products and services
  • Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
  • Cast members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies


Basic Qualifications :
  • Previous experience working in hotels, travel, or national exchange company reservation
  • Experience with standard office software programs including Microsoft Products
  • Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
  • Desire to engage with Disney Vacation Club Members providing Guest Service
  • Flexible with work schedule, including additional hours, weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Celebration, FL and remote


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual
  • Experience working in a Call Center
  • Experience with Travel industry
