We're based in Austin, but our team members can be found across the country.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE JOB: </strong>We're looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Digital Advertising Manager to elevate advertising excellence across Cartograph's portfolio of Amazon brands. This role is ideal for an Amazon advertising expert who enjoys solving complex performance challenges, implementing advanced advertising strategies, and partnering with Brand Managers to drive client growth. You'll play a key role in improving advertising consistency, accelerating adoption of emerging Amazon advertising solutions, and ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of an ever-evolving advertising landscape. This position reports to our Director of Advertising.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This position will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with Brand Managers to develop and execute full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies across a portfolio of client accounts.</li><li>Conduct advertising audits on Amazon to identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and ensure adherence to Cartograph advertising standards.</li><li>Build, launch, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and other advanced advertising campaigns.</li><li>Lead the adoption of emerging Amazon advertising solutions, including DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Streaming TV (STV), Online Video (OLV), and future advertising innovations.</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation, audience strategy, reporting, and campaign optimization.</li><li>Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Amazon advertising, supporting complex advertising initiatives across the organization.</li><li>Build and maintain scalable Amazon advertising playbooks, SOPs, templates, and best practices to improve execution and consistency.</li><li>Coach and educate Brand Managers on advertising strategy, platform capabilities, and evolving Amazon advertising trends.</li><li>Support reporting, measurement, and performance analysis to uncover incremental growth opportunities for clients on Amazon. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve advertising processes, tools, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHO ARE YOU?</strong> We are looking for individuals with:</p><ul><li>REQUIRED: 2-5+ years of hands-on Amazon advertising experience with deep expertise in Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.</li><li>Experience developing and executing full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies across multiple client accounts.</li><li>Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), campaign reporting, audience creation, and advertising analytics.</li><li>Agency experience managing multiple Amazon advertiser accounts is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance trends and translate data into actionable recommendations.</li><li>Ability to influence and collaborate across teams while effectively communicating advertising strategy and recommendations.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication skills comfort communicating independently and in a remote environment</li><li>Motivation, self-discipline, and dependability are MUSTS.
