Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for running and optimizing our Amazon Seller Central accounts to maximize sales, improve product visibility, and enhance overall customer experience. Your expertise in digital marketing, content management, operations, and data analysis will drive our success on one of the world's largest online marketplaces.

The Amazon Seller Central Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our account. The right person will have strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and a results-driven mindset to improve sales performance, maintain account health, and support business growth. Must be able to work independently, and have the capacity to anticipate and solve problems before they arise.

LA Balloons is a growing balloon and party supply company focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are expanding our Amazon presence and are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Specialist to run, optimize, and grow our marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central operations, from start to finish
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords
  • Monitor and improve listing performance, conversion rates, and organic rankings
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising budgets
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
  • Coordinate inventory planning and FBA replenishment strategies
  • Investigate and resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and account issues
  • Analyze sales, advertising, and profitability reports
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
  • Strong understanding of Amazon FBA and marketplace operations
  • Experience with Amazon PPC campaign management
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer products, party supplies, balloons, or seasonal products
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry
  • Experience using marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of inventory forecasting and supply chain coordination
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces
