This is a remote position.

We’re hiring a Creative Generalist with strong design and video editing chops to produce compelling visual assets for our paid media campaigns, landing pages, and brand communication. This hybrid role supports 2–3 DTC brands to start and is perfect for someone who thrives on fast-paced creative production, balancing aesthetics with performance goals.


This role also requires basic graphic design, website content uploads, and Shopify management. The ideal candidate should have a balance of creative and technical skills (including light coding for layout and animation adjustments), combining design and execution to help eliminate handoff delays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and edit a wide range of creative assets including static banners, carousels, GIFs, and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
  • Craft compelling UGC ad edits by applying high-impact hooks, on-brand CTAs, dynamic captions, jump cuts, transitions, and subtitles.
  • Create and repurpose social proof assets (testimonials, influencer screenshots, reviews) for use in paid ads and organic content.
  • Produce eye-catching email headers, promotional visuals, and SMS campaign assets that reinforce brand identity and drive engagement.
  • Design and stylize reviews, influencer call outs, and customer testimonials into digestible, trust-building creatives. This includes screenshot treatments, branded overlays, and animated quote snippets used across paid and organic channels.
  • Build static and motion creatives tailored to platform-specific best practices for Meta and TikTok.
  • Balance visual design with performance marketing needs, ensuring every creative asset contributes to ROAS and CAC goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging across various visual formats and placements.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, brand managers, and other creatives to meet deadlines and exceed campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on creative trends, ad formats, and what’s performing across DTC brands.
  • Manage Shopify content updates and product visuals across multiple sites
  • Perform light coding for layout refinements and simple animations to enhance design execution.
  • Combine both creative design and technical implementation to streamline production and reduce handoff delays.



Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing for digital marketing.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proven experience creating high-converting static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or Google.
  • Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Experience editing UGC and social proof content for performance-driven campaigns.
  • Able to follow creative briefs, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate well with remote teams.
  • Portfolio demonstrating versatility across static design, motion, and video editing.
  • Preferred: Basic Shopify management, including uploading content and maintaining visual consistency.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for light coding and layout adjustments.
  • A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
