Job Description: Fulfillment Clerk


Education: High School Diploma or equivalent


Experience: Minimum three years of lead experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and plus1-2 years’ experience in warehouse environment. Provide instructions and leadership to a workforce that is made up of 90% temporary workers. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, drawings and BOM in English. Communicate clearly and train assembly staff. Must have detailed knowledge of shipping and assembly.

Knowledge of Bartender label print software, Serial Scanning systems,

Job Scope: Assist Warehouse and Distribution Manager by providing leadership and instructions to special project handling Fulfilment team. Assist Fulfillment overall objective to ensure that all products produced meets company quality standards and is completed on time and in an efficient manner. Able to operate all equipment to achieve daily production goals. Manage, perform, and monitor transactions. Assist warehouse and distribution Manager and inventory analyst with inventory management and accuracy.

Monitor and manage all shipping and fulfillment activities of Freight orders. Manage Incoming Inventory and support inventory management. Operate computerized shipping manifest system like UPS, FedEx, etc. Prepares freight bill, packing slip and other shipping documents. Performs cycle count and general warehousing duties. Coordinate the pulling and auditing of inventory for the orders. Manage, routing guide requirements for retail shipments. Manage and prepare accurate BOL’s for each shipment as required by each carrier and retail store or client.

Reports to: Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Maintain process discipline and accurate reporting of data.
  • Evaluate non-conforming materials during pick and pack process in Fulfilment.
  • Provide leadership and clear instructions to Fulfillment staff such that they understand their job and the expectations
  • Support Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor by evaluating and training warehouse and assembly workers.
  • Support and assist warehouse and Distribution Supervisor to maintain excellent control of Quality records of Inventory Management.
  • Perform daily tasks with considerations of waste minimization, and other environmental considerations
  • Adhere to the environmental policy and be aware of significant environmental impacts related to job
  • Support the Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation as directed by the supervisor
  • Inform the leads/managers regarding any accidents or nonconformities that may affect the environment and, if possible, report any environmental nonconformity using the CAPA system
  • Provide suggestions for improving the EMS to the supervisor, management or by using the suggestion box
  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Support Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor in monitoring quality and achieving daily Fulfilment and warehouse goals.
  • Set up Fulfilment line and monitor material flow to ensure maximum efficiency.


  • Operates computerized shipping manifest system like UPS, FedEx, etc.
  • To make sure all orders are picked and packed according to the shipping schedule
  • To make sure all due orders get shipped on timely manners
  • Prepares freight bills, air bills and other shipping related documents
  • Stretch-wraps pallets using the automatic stretch-wrapper or manually, as required.
  • Receives incoming materials and to make sure they’re putted away accordingly on daily basis and as needed.
  • Plan, organize and prioritize orders based on ship method and carrier schedules
  • Manage and control all carrier schedules on timely manners.
  • Loads and unloads materials from trucks using forklift or pallet jack
  • Picks materials according to MT, packing slip and other documents
  • Pull materials for orders and audit per procedures and work instructions in place.
  • Manage and monitor serial scans for Freight shipment the required serialized products.
  • Perform transactions in shipping and ERP systems as required
  • Prepare labels and Bill of Lading per routing guide and customer specifications
  • Prepare the shipments per routing guide and customer specifications accordingly
  • Schedule carriers for pick-ups and follow up on the pick-up schedule, especially on the customer arranged pick-ups to ensure the pick-ups take place on timely manners
  • Verify and validate serial scans against the serial scan data base report.
  • Audit Bill of Lading and other shipping documents for accuracy.
  • Put materials into pallet racks using forklift or pallet jack
  • Performs cycle counts according to procedures and instructions
  • To support department supervisor to meet shipping deadlines and other requirements
  • Manage and monitor shipping schedule on daily basis to ensure all orders get shipped
  • Maintains excellent material and warehouse management standards.
  • Maintains overall facility cleanliness and safety awareness.
  • Monitors and identifies inventory discrepancies through cycle count program
  • Establish processes and monitor daily goals for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish process improvements and maintain department goals to achieve company goals and quality objectives.

Day Shift: Monday thru Friday 6am to 2:30pm

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
