About Tutorelli

Tutorelli is the first UK company built on the Oxbridge tutorial method — 1 tutor, 3 students, and structured discussion that builds thinkers, not memorisers.

We combine this world-class system with intelligent technology to create a Human + AI learning model that helps students go further — with structure, reinforcement, and true understanding.

We’re launching with STEM subjects... with additional subjects opening in Month 3, and expanding to the Middle East in September 2026.

We’re hiring exceptional tutors who:

  • Achieved Grade 9s (GCSE) and A*s (A-Level) in the subjects they teach RECENTLY.
  • Completed GCSEs/A-Levels in the UK.
  • Are currently studying at or graduated from a top UK university.
  • Have prior tutoring experience and can provide references.
  • Hold or are willing to obtain a DBS/CRB check.
  • Can commit until July 2026, including during half-terms.

What Makes Tutorelli Different

  • Tutoring is delivered in micro-groups (1 tutor : 3 students), grouped by ability - replicating the Oxford and Cambridge tutorial model.

After every lesson, students automatically receive:

  • Summarised notes
  • Tailored quizzes
  • Session recordings
  • Tutors can review or adjust quizzes before they’re sent, while marking happens automatically- freeing you to focus on teaching and helping students close learning gaps.
  • Students also have access to Elli, their AI revision companion, who creates 24/7 flashcards on any topic and any subject

All sessions are booked upfront for the full academic year, offering you consistency, stability, and meaningful teaching relationships.

Pay (per student, per hour)

  • KS3 (Years 7–9): £15 / £18 / £20
  • GCSE (Years 10–11): £18 / £22 / £25
  • A-Level (Years 12–13): £22 / £25 / £28

Tutors are paid for booked students — even if a student misses class.

Why Tutorelli

  • Be part of the UK’s first Human + AI education ecosystem.
  • Teach in focused, ability-based micro-groups (1:3).
  • Focus purely on teaching and progress — not admin.
  • Shape the next generation of after-school learning.
  • Get booked for the whole year
